     Skylab 1, the first orbiting experimental space laboratory, was launched unmanned on May 14, 1973. Skylab 11, the first manned  mission, was launched on May 25,1973. Its crew demonstrated its versatility by assuming the role of extra-vehicular space mechanics.The duration of this mission was 28 days, 50 minutes.

SCOTT #4466 NEGRO LEAGUE BASEBALL 44 CENT

       In the early 1900's a league was formed for Negros only because of the color line in baseball. Some of the greatest players of all time played in this league without the chance of playing in the Major Leagues. When the color line was finally broken, Jackie Robinson broke into the National League and Larry Doby broke the color line in the American League, both came from the Negro League.
