On April 14, 1982, The United States Postal Service issued a 50 stamp souvenir sheet of the state birds and flowers of every state in the union. Each stamp depicted each state's bird and flower. What makes this issue interesting is that the state birds were painted by artist Arthur Singer and the flowers were painted by his son Alan Singer.
I recently purchased this on ebay. It does not appear ro be gummed. Also the perforation holes are not lined up. The color test in the corner does not have 1111 it has 2222 and they are not lined up. Should I be worried? All of them I have viewed have 1111.
