In 1994 the Post Office produced a souvenir sheet called "Legends of the West". Unfortunately, they depicted the wrong black cowboy. The portrait was to be of the famous rodeo rider Bill Picket, but the picture was of his brother Ben. They reprinted the sheet with the real Bill Picket. I'm going to post both pictures. See if you can tell the difference.
Counting from the top, it is the seventh picture. Notice the left arm in one picture is touching the frame, that is Bill Pickett.
So which on is more valuable? Is it the set with the real Bill Picket (not smiling) with his arm touching the frame or the false one which has a guy smiling and arm not touching the fram?
