How exactly were these released? I have seen these in many different pairs and blocks? I know that 5 were released at sheets (766-770...6 and 25 stamp panes), the others not much more info available. What was the number of stamps originally for a sheet before they were broken into pairs or blocks? I have seen pics that some have lines between pair blocks both horizontally and vertically, but also no lines between.
