1997 PACIFIC "97" SOUVENIR SHEETS SCOTT #3139-3140
Printed for the Stamp Expo held in San Francisco, Ca. 5-29-97 to 6-9-97, Pacific "97" souvenir sheets honor Benjamin Franklin with a sheet of twelve 50 cent stamps, and a second sheet honoring George Washington with a sheet of twelve 60 cent stamps. I found some of these Washington stamps and thought I had a good find but they are these printed in 1997.
